His client, who was involved in three separate car accidents within a 6 month period, suffered extensive head and neck injuries and was required to take time off work. Within two months of Mr. Dennis being brought into the case as trial counsel, the case resolved for $356,000 more than the primary insurance carrier’s policy limits.
