Jonathan Dennis of the Dennis Law Group recently settled a case for the full policy limit within two weeks of being retained. His client, a passenger in a vehicle, was injured when a distracted driver, driving approximately 3 miles per hour, failed to stop at a stop sign and hit the vehicle Mr. Dennis’ client was traveling in from behind. His client’s injuries included soft tissue damage and pain in his spine.
